We are so proud of our Student Leadership Council for leading this year’s annual Souper Bowl food drive in partnership with the SES PTA! Students brought in non-perishable food items and cast their “vote” by placing donations in cans supporting either the Patriots or the Seattle Seahawks. The competition was spirited, the cans were overflowing, and our community showed up in a big way! While the Seahawks ultimately won the Super Bowl, everyone wins with this fundraiser.

SES third graders stepped into the role of marine veterinarians—conducting tests, analyzing results, and deciding whether a baby orca was healthy enough to be reunited with a pod in the wild. Hands-on learning at its best!
