The SES PTA proudly hosted its first Culture and Identity Night—an evening filled with joy, learning, and connection. Families came together to celebrate the rich traditions, stories, and identities that make our community unique. Through music, activities, food, and conversation, students and adults alike explored what it means to honor ourselves and learn from one another. The night was a beautiful reminder that our differences are something to celebrate and that belonging grows when we take time to understand others.
At SES, we loved learning together during our visit to 4th- and 5th-grade classrooms with Mathodology’s Sarah Schaefer! Students were highly engaged, pushing their math thinking and making meaningful choices about how they learned. Teachers walked away energized and excited, with new ideas they could try in their classrooms the very next day. A great reminder of the power of learning side by side!
